INVESTMENT DEAL DONE – 30 High Street, Burnham

Sold this month to a private buyer for £425k, a net initial yield of 5.3%, this Grade II listed investment was let to a pharmacy for a remaining unbroken term of 17 ½ years.

The property was sold quickly off-market to one of two hand-picked investors PMCD approached.  The low yield reflects not only the unusually long lease to the pharmacy but also the good match of the property to investors.  Sometimes the best terms can be achieved through highly targeted marketing rather than blanket advertising.
