Marketing and Administration Assistant- Beaconsfield HP9 2JN

We are looking for a full time Marketing and Administration Assistant to join our commercial property agency. This job is based at our office in Beaconsfield. PMCD provides a full spectrum commercial property service, from agency to valuation, specialising in Thames Valley offices, shops and industrial property.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Effective verbal and written skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Organisational skills
  • People skills

Your role will include, but isn’t limited to:

  1. Marketing properties, but not limited to; circulation of marketing particulars via various online portals, updating our website, updating social media sites.
  2. Meet and greet visitors/clients
  3. Ensure the office is kept tidy and ensure all problems relating to faulty equipment is dealt with quickly.
  4. Monitor/order stationery and equipment needed for the office.
  5. Assisting with incoming calls and redirecting appropriately.
  6. Undertake mail opening/distribution, as well as assisting with filing and retrieving documents.
  7. Manage key audits for properties
