PMCD’s professional section carries out rent reviews, lease renewal negotiations, and valuations for various specialist functions including probate and company accounts purposes, matrimonial and charitable matters. Two RICS Registered Valuers are on the team who work principally but not exclusively in the South Bucks and East Berks areas for valuation work but UK-wide for Landlord & Tenant matters. The department also provides an out-sourced estate surveyor function for many multi-site clients such as retailers.
