PMCD was founded in Beaconsfield in 1990, our specialist retail division was launched in 2009. We are a firm of chartered surveyors and specialize in commercial property west of London. We act as commercial agents; letting, selling and acquiring shops, offices and industrial property and investments, as well as professional advisors in Landlord & Tenant matters, valuations, property consultancy and property management.

The firm has evolved over the years but we have never lost sight of our founding ideals of integrity, honesty and fairness coupled with a shrewd eye for a deal and intimate market knowledge.

Job Entails:

  • Working with the Property Management team
  • The regular inspection of all properties in our portfolio to ensure they are maintained to a high standard.
  • Keeping on top of emails and phone calls from landlords/occupiers, trades people, who look to us for advice and reports with updates of work carried out within the properties we manage.
  • We look to respond, inspect and address in a quick manner, keeping a tight grip of any situation.
  • Having a strong list of professional tradespeople on hand who are able to react at short notice.
  • The job is currently on a part-time basis by design 9.30 am to 2.30 pm Monday to Friday.
  • Would suit a professional person with some experience of buildings and services.
  • Salary – on application based on experience & agreed hours.
