WORKSHOP STUDIO IN BEACONSFIELD NOW AVAILABLE

Lillyfee Farm is located approximately 2 miles South and South West of Beaconsfield New and Old Towns respectively. Junctions 2 and 3 of the M40 motorway are a similar distance away, providing access to the M25 and national motorway network.

Beaconsfield is host to a good mix of office and residential occupiers and various shops banks and restaurants, as well as the Chiltern Line railway station serving London Marylebone and Birmingham.

The 250-year-old Grade II Listed property is of timber frame construction, with exposed beams, under a mainly pitched, tiled roof. Clear height internally varies, but the majority provides approximately 9′ to the eaves and 13′ to the ridge.

Used as a wood carving studio for at least 30 years, there are defined areas inside allowing for different processes as well as a reception and loading area through large timber doors. The space benefits from ceiling-hung strip lighting, mainly concrete floors, 3 Phase electricity and WC facilities.

Going forward, the empty premises lends itself to other uses such as leisure, storage, office, light industrial etc. subject to any planning consents that may be required.

Outside there is an enclosed garden area for the tenant’s exclusive use.
